The Capriccio family has been producing and distributing alcohol since 1967.

Nick Capriccio, our founder, grew up working in the family’s business from a very young age, helping his grandfather, and in turn his father, maintain the largest alcohol wholesale cash & carry business in Southern California.

Early on in his career Nick knew he had a passion for building quality crafted wine and spirit brands and poured that passion into building the family’s private label alcohol collection. Over the years Nick has partnered with some of the world’s largest liquor distributors and has had the privilege of working with companies like Diageo, Brown Forman, RNDC, Southern Wine and Spirits and Reyes Holdings.

Growing up fishing and playing beach volleyball in Southern California, Nick developed a love for the ocean and the environment at a very young age. He has coupled this passion for the industry and his love for the environment to create one of the most eco-friendly beverage production processes in the country. Nick loves to see companies do their part to create a sustainable future for the alcoholic beverage industry. His top priority for Brand Proof is to lead the way as a leading sustainable beverage manufacturer.
